Noise Reduction Plugin... Recommendations?

I have been using Sound Forge 6.0 and the Sonic Foundry Noise Reduction 2.0 plugin. Does anyone have experience with other noise reduction plugins that they prefer?

I use the SF plug-in too, but I've tried several others ranging from very cheap to very expensive. As far as I can tell they all do the same thing, work on the same principle, and all seem to sound about the same.

I am brand new to this forum and don't want to risk asking too many questions that may have been asked and answered greatly in the past postings. But is the a thread about the use of wrappers with Sound Forge, or a thread about recommendations for DirectX plugins?

I don't find that there is a thread regarding wrappers or recs on DX plugs, so we are all clear. I have used DiNR for Pro Tools and liked that, but I don't see how that is helping you... Dolby A sounds pretty good . Doc

Don't have any direct experience with it (I use SF/NR also), but I see a lot of posts praising Cool Edit.
