I'm not hearing any problems with you not getting enough low end, Chris, at least not through my monitors, and I was listening at a very low volume. I'm digging the sound of the snare, although I'm thinking the toms are a bit "boomy", but that's a personal taste thing.
The OH's seemed to be okay, which I was actually surprised at by the OH array you were using... but there seems to be a certain "silky" top end that's lacking...
What do you have up inside your cloud(s)? If they aren't filled with something dense and thick enough, then the fabric itself probably isn't doing a whole lot, at least not much below 8k ( or so), and depending on the thickness of the material of the clouds, even then it's probably not doing all that much....
One of the reasons that ribbons are preferred as room mics is because of their Fig 8 nature, and because they generally don't reproduce upper frequencies like condensers and dynamics do, so you don't as much of the "harsher" frequencies.
Instead of a Spaced Pair OH array and a dynamic room mic, You may want to try an XY array on your OH's, with a Ribbon set back into the room...
Just a thought...
