Well, considering I do use that and Nuendo....I would go for the 9652 card! That's me though. It really depends on what inputs and outputs you need. How many of them as well.
Cards I like are : Mona or Layla from EchoAudio.
Q10 or Direct Pro from Aardvark
Any of the RME stuff, especially the Multiface as that has analog ins and outs as well as optical and so forth.
