looks interesting! I pretty much use my DPA 4006 exclusively for this task(with the 50mm pressure balls) but am always looking to add to the locker.
After renting m50s countless times, I have decided that I dont really like them for decca tree or otherwise. The TLM50 is a sonic upgrade to my ears..but the red may bring something nice.
FWIW, YMMV, BS, WTF, LOL, etc...

well, I use m50s quite a bit, and it cant be worse than those! that omni can use the RED body or the CMV563 body from gefell, and others...im sure you can get the cable whatever length you want..

Interesting, indeed, Teddy! But at $1345 I'm not in any hurry to pick up something that's that big and bulky. You're almost there for a single DPA 4006 at that price. (I can't imagine flying three of these things over an orchestra! hehehe....looks like an attack of the killer spray bottles!)
What about the power supply, as well? Is that a fixed cable, and are you limited to whatever length it is? (again, makes it sorta tough to fly something like this....?)
