The instructions should be in the user manual?

I had the same problem. I tried to install a delay plugin, and I know it was in the right format, but I couldn't figure out how to actually access the plugin once in Audition. My help section is somehow not working and I don't feel like reinstalling Audition until I finish my current project. 8)
