I listened to your recording, I like the ambiance of the guitar but I can't comprehend a word of the vocal..
You might be suffering from the "Signer alergic to his own voice syndrome" but you shouldn't. You took time to write the lyrics. It would be a shame if we could not hear the story and share your emotions..
I'm not at all fond of distorted vocals.. Sometime for a brief part of the song maybe... But even if you do, make sure the levels are fine and it's not overpowered by other instruments.

Also, the whole thing is overcompressed.. that too isn't necessary.. the loudness war has ended a few years ago.. we usually master at around -9 LUFS for CD and around -13 LUFS for streaming..
If you overcompress, you kill the nuances and dynamics but worst the streaming platform will put your volume way down..

Please edit the mix and come back with other versions here..
