I'm selling off most of my gear and upgrading. I'm not sure what path to take though.

Currently Using -
AMEK Tac Scorpion 32 channel
(3) Delta 1010lt
Steinberg Houston

I'm still trying to decide if I want a digital board or a analog board with a separate controller for my nuendo DAW. The main reason i'm selling the above gear is too move something in that will take up a lot less space. 16 XLR phantom powered inputs is also needed.

The Spirit 328 fits the bill but i'm concerned about the quality of the board itself.
My current setup is rock solid but the ergonomics of everything are horrible and there is no way to change this. My budget is $2200 ( maybe more ) You can see my current gear on ebay.. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZmaestro7879QQhtZ-1

I also still record at 44.1/24

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you decide to go digital...

The Soundcraft 328 has had some issues with the power supply crapping out. Check out the 328XD, it's upgraded in many ways. The best of which is the fact that you can adjust dynamic processors on each channel individually. You can also set it up as a controller. AND it already has digital I/O's so you won't need to buy expansion cards like on the DM-24.

It will take a bit to get used to having to push a button to push another button, but after a while you'll be able to fly through the functions on this board. I use it as my live console and love it! I believe you can still find these on Ebay now and again.
