This subject get debated in the "audiophile" community where there is a school of thought that leaving a solid state amplifier on all the time is good for the amp. My guess is that it is neither good nor bad - so the biggest consideration is wasting electricity. I turn my monitors off when not in use.

The truth is, those 'Truth' monitors are entry-level monitors made with low price as more of a priority than component quality. So in your specific case I would be inclined to turn them off when not in use (assuming they do not make a horrible popping or snapping sound when switched on/off). All other things being equal, I would expect shortened electronic component life from long-term heat build up if they were left on all the time.

If they DO make a horrendous noise, are you observing proper start-up and shut-down sequence? (turning the speakers ON after everything else is powered up, and switching the speakers OFF several seconds before you power down the other equipment.)

So unless you have a compelling reason not to - turn them off when not in use - it wastes electricity.

FWIW....there's no good reason for leaving power on any modern electronic device, it just wastes electricity and adds thermal heat to your space. If you are in and out of your workspace then fine but after your done turn it off...
There is nothing to burn in or warm up...they come on instantaneously and there ready to go.
With monitors it's a good idea to turn off things in sequence with volumes turned down to avoid nasty pops.

Irrespective of whether or not it's "good" to leave them on for performance reasons, if there's any other gear in your studio that gets power-cycled (eg, mixer, computer, tape deck, outboard gear, MIDI instruments, etc.), then it's probably a prudent idea to turn off the active monitors before you shut that other gear down & turn the monitors on after you turn that other gear on.
