Hello and its good to be here!
The system runs well, and all so if I go direct through the laptop mic out, all is good, but I try and get sound though the Alpha via the headphone out to my main speakers, nothing, just plays though the little laptop speakers. All OTHER system sounds etc play just fine via the Alpha - GREAT! NOT!
So I need to have this work as I am using a mixer for audio into the Alpha for mics etc.
Is there another way to config so this will work?

Sounds like Windows is set up to use the Alpha as the main audio device, but Cubase has not been set up to do the same. It's in the device setup menu in Cubase. Use the Alpha asio driver and configure ins and outs appropriately there. Is there a reason why you're using the headphone out for your speakers?
