The quality in voice-over work is mostly governed by the microphone, its positioning and the room acoustics. The DAW software has little effect on the sound quality.
The Scarlett 2i2 has direct monitoring by setting a switch on the front panel. As long as you set the latency compensation in the DAW, what you will hear in the headphones is the replayed material and the microphone audio with zero latency.

Any of these will work. If your comfortable with audition already, theres no reason to use the others. Its commonly used in commercial radio broadcasting, so should suit your needs just fine.
