So everytime I go to check my hotmail, safari stall between 3 links then constantly loops between them, then I get page errors. But if I reset safari, everything works but only for one shot. This is not a recording question, but a lot of us are Mac users.

I use Mozzilla Firefox. More compatibility and a better interface. I also use gmail now. Far better spam filtering. Hotmail has trouble figuring out what's spam and what's email. I often have to check the junk folder just in case and often find my mail (news updates)in there. With gmail I can pretty well just empty the spam folder once in a while. I don't have to scan the folder for mail that I want.
