Hey, I recently got a VERY bad virus because of a stupid friend. So I reformatted my PC. I dled the newest driver for my fast track pro becuase i cant use the disk that came with it cause my CD drive is broke but I CANNOT get the stupid thing to work ive tried EVERYTHING! Ive tried the advice on maudios site and everything it won't work AT ALL! when i install it it says in the device manager that i have an error code 39... please help me! thanx!

First try unplug the fast track from the PC and reboot the computer. When the computer is booted reconnect the USB plug from the fast track. If the Drivers are still on the harddrive then XP should find them. If this doesn't work try and download the driver from Maudio website:
http://www.m-audio.com

And reinstall driver. One other thing you could try is to go to the library or another computer and copy the files from the CD to a USB thumb drive and try to install from the thumb drive.
