I've been thinking of getting a Firepod. It seems to be the best all-around firewire interface unless I was willing to blow $1500 on an RME Fireface. I like the fact that it includes preamps for all 8 inputs, but I have one question. If I were to buy a high-end preamp in the future (probably a Manley, Sebatron , UA or the like as a dedicated vocal channel pre), how would I bypass the onboard pre's of the Firepod? Could someone give me an idea of how this is done? Thanks! ANDY
