hi to all,
i'm happy user of SSL x desk but i need 8 additional sub groups. X desk has 16 channels totally (8 line inputs and 8 alternate cue mix channels) 8 inserts and 8 direct outs. my dream is to build or use (modify SSL x desk?) some existing features to get 8 summing sub groups. is that possible?

My guess would be to give Jim Williams of Audio Upgrades a try. You can do a google search on him, he has done really nice work on all kinds of equipment. He modified my Soundcraft 600, and he can modify most anything. Give him a call, he usually answers the phone!
