I'd like to find out some good low cost amps as well. I have a pair of NS-10s and a pair of speakers I built in my pre production area.

You can start out with Alesis' monitor amps or move on up to something in the Hafler range.

As you didn't give any specifics on your speakers, (i.e; power requirements) I unfortunately can't be more specific.

A little more info: Paradigm Mini Monitors v2
6.5" speaker + Titanium tweeter. Max Power input is 80 watts. Should I just go with a 100 watt amp, or is there a reson to get more headroom?

You can get a used Bryston 2B-Pro or 2B-LP Pro for $300-400 on eBay that will be much better than the Alesis project studio stuff.

Interesting. I've also been recomended the Crown D-75 amplifier. Any thoughts/opinions on the Bryston or Crown?? Any other suggestions?

buy the a100a from Yamaha, they were done to rock NS10M´s. they are small but sound goo.

Bryston 2B-Pro is dope. Loved them so much, I bought one. Hell, I'll probably name my 1st child Bryston. (Or HD... depends on if it's a boy or girl)
