DN27A in for Modifications...
6 Klark Tecknik DN27A in for work. Its amazing to me the changes over the years. 2 units have input transformers and output transformers. The two will transformers will get a electrolytic cap change and general inspection. Of the four remaining, the most similar two will get Jensen input and output transformers, cap change and inspection.

Passive Monitor Controller- Take 2
Some time ago, I sold my Crane Song Avocet (which was awesome). I was doing less and less music work and more and more electronics, so it was time to simplify. I built a very simple completely passive monitor controller with just the bare minimum features. It was just for me, so it was not pretty but functional. It has a stepped attenuator, polarity, L& R mutes and Mono.

Yamaha PM-180 Recap and PCB Trace Repairs
This one is now on the desk. The unit is pretty good shape, others some minor signs of liquid "ingestion" on the top panel. The unit looks stock, and I can see a few bubbled electrolytic in there.
All and all a nice build, with tiny input transformers on the 6 mic/line ins, and two output transformers on the XLR outs.

EMT 948 does not stop immediately
Hello !
I have acquired yesterday a 948. This is the problem : when a stop the record, it does not stop immediately (like a CD) but the « stopping process » takes about 1 sec, which results in a ‘bzhhh’ sound as the needle comes to a halt. The same when the record starts. My question is this : is this normal or are the brakes too weak ?

Digi 003 Controller- Issues with power sequence- Too Many Relay Clicks
This baby came in for a little inspection this week. The owner was worried that it was a ticking time bomb, as the start sequence would randomly take longer some days and not others. He mentioned, when cold, the unit could take 7-to 15 relay clicks to start. When warm and operating normally he would hear 3-5 relay clicks.

Chameleon Labs 7602 MkII Repair
Hi all,
I'm repairing a couple of 7602 MkIIs, each with their own problems. Does anyone have experience with those or maybe even have access to a schematic or service manual? I have looked at some Neve 1073 schematics, since it's supposed to be a clone of those, but there seem to be enough differences outside of the tone circuitry that they're not terribly helpful.
