PT or Soundscape
Forums
I have been debating/ holding off on buying Pro Tools because of all the hipe about soundscape and now I hear about nuendo.
I feel that the DAW's are the way to go.
What is soundscape all about. Pro Tools seems to be the industry standard and isn't this a very important dission maker?

Getting my music on the mp3.com
Forums
Sweet site here!
How does one get their music on the mp3 site? I looked for a place on the site but couldn't find it.
Does it cost money?

Declicker, fix for PT 5 mix (mac)
Forums
If you have given up using the Steinberg DeClicker plugin I have finally found the fix!
1.) close PT. then remove the DeClicker plugin located in the systems folder in DAE folder and put it into the plugins(unused) for now
2.) boot up PT to set a new cache
3.) close PT
4.) put the DeClicker plugin back into the DAE plugin folder

Roland S760 sample CD question
Forums
Hi guys.
I want to make work copies of a few sample CDs for the S760 that I've aquired over the years.
I recently bought a used S760 for home use and the CD's and S760 here at work need to stay here.
The mac keeps telling me that the discs are unrecognizable. I've turned on foreign file access, and pretty much anything else I can think of. Any ideas?

Working hours
Forums
Lo again,
Just wondered what sorta hours other people work in their studio jobs, whether it be engineering, producing, editing or whatever?
Do you dictate what hours you work, or is it more down the client and gauging how their creativity and enthusiasm is going. ?
How do you deal with those long long sessions - making sure you keep yourself mentally awake?
