Forums
audiokid, Angelo,
been heavily thinking, so I put the Distressor on my future list .
In fact what i need now is a mastering tool, definitely before the end of the year .

Is the Digi 001 good enough
Forums
Is the Digi 001 good enough to produce commercial sounding recordings?
Can you get the sound radio ready using just the Digi 001 or is it basically just for making demos?

Can latency cause bad performances?
Forums
Has anyone noticed any problems with performances because of recording latency? I've tried using Logic to record vocals, and the singer had real problems (and rightly so!). I usually use PT for this, and I've noticed it's much tighter, but obviously there will be some delay involved.

What speed do you burn CDs?
Forums
What speed do you burn CDs, and why? I have heard arguments that suggest 1x is still the king, others say the faster the better.
Argument for 1x : The faster you burn, the faster the disc spins, the less time it has to burn each pit. The result is more 'blurred' pits -- ie not the ideal square wave holes.
