I was wondering what's the best mic for doing field recording? I already own some studio projects mics (c3, t3, lsd2) can I just use these mics to do field recordings?

I am mainly looking for mics for doing field sound effects recordings, any recoomedation will be greatly appreciate it!

Can anyone recommend a decent vocal mic for less than 200 pounds?

I have currently been using a Samson C01 but obviously that sa very sheap condensor mic and I would like to add a few more mics to my armoury.

Hey guys, I just joined this forum today and seeing as i'm a begginer i have a begginer question for you. What would be the best mic in the 200 dollar range to match up with an M-Audio Ozone Midi Controller with a built in preamp? Im looking for something that works well with rap and RnB vocals. Hey everyone, Just curious to know what mic stands you all like to use. I'm looking for a stand that could be used in studio or live, but mostly in studio. I've been told that if you use tripod stands and one leg breaks, your screwed, so use the circular base, but not sure if thats really an issue... What do you think?

Out of these 4 Mics, Witch would give me the best quality vocals? i want my vocals 2 stand out really well. i have herd what the KSM44 sounds like and NTK. i have never herd vocals recorded with the 4050, or t3.

What in your opinion would be best for pop, hip hop , and R&B vocals?
