Mona + Nuendo problems with sync, track slide, clicks

Dear All,
I am new to DAW and started a system based on a Echo Mona 24/96 with a PIII750, 384MB at FSB 100, and a HD with 7200rpm. A Sound Blaster 16 is used as out. OS is Win XP.
When I record more tracks than two with Nuendo 2.0 I experince clicks, sliding (delays between) of the tracks, and error messeage 'Out of sync' after a minute. Recording at 44.1kHz, 16bits.

Digital clicks in track - solution?

Hi I have this problem. Up close sometimes it looks like a big square wave or just flattenns the signal entirely. I never lasts more then one wave. Doesn't matter if I'm tracking or just processing through outboard gear. Right now I'm using DP 4.5, MOTU 828, and Mac g4. I am pretty sure its either a computer problem or a DI problem.

Writing a click track

Sooooo... we have a recently formed unit that's starting out as a Queensryche tribute then using that set as the basis to proceed with original music. Our drummer had never listened to QR until I turned him onto them, but he's 50ish with a very nice kit, and has gone through the years playing Zappa, Rush, Police, Yes etc. There's no doubt he can play the stuff.

digital pops and clicks on Pro Tools LE 6.4

I don't know what is happening. I have MAC g4 with a digi001. I am on OSX using Pro Tools LE 6.4. This past summer I edited and overdubbed a whole album over two months. I worked about 8 hours a day with no problems. Recently i have taken on a new project and ran into a wall. I am getting weird digital pops and clicks on my playbacks when I start editing.
