I'm thinking of getting the really nice compressor and then the pre-amp because they are affordable. I just wanted to know if anybody had anything to say about them.

Help! I just bought a Focusrite compressor/preamp and would like to know how to set the compressor ratios, e.g. 2:1, 4:1, etc I keep hearing about, as there's nothing in the manual covering this. Hi There, does anyone have any suggestions for a good guy to look over and rack 2 Calrec PQ1061s, a Neve 33314a Compressor and a Calrec C1204 Compressor. Would really appreciate any info, I also have a lot of other vintage gear that needs some attention, such as a Cadac board and some BBC Glensound equipment, so a good recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
