Has anyone used the VF-160? I bought one recently, and was curious about how it compares to other DAW's. It's my first one, so any tips special to the VF-160 would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a small system that i set up in my basement, I have a Mackie 24x8, a fostex D-108 multitracker, i'm sick of having to put everything on zips and CDs to bring the tracks into Pro-Tools to mix. Is there a sound card that not incredibly expensive that would allow me to import the tracks via the ADAT outs or the SCSI or S/PDIF outs on the fostex. I was looking at a Korg DRS 1212 card.

I had some beyers DT 250 for musicians but they've been stolen. They were good, I like them a lot, but now I'm in a tight budget due to the robery (the beyers were not the only stuff they stole, ouch)... and now I've found a very good price for the Fostex T50RP, and just wanted someone's opinion, cause I've never tried fostex headphones.

hi,i connect with a digital cable (rca)from my S/PDIF out to digital in in my soundcard,but my sound card have nota coaxial jack,just a normal plug,so i find a coaxial jack adapter and it fit,but no signal ?

does anyone know the Fostex Foundation 2000 in detail ? Or is there an online manual available somewhere ?
A new facility here will be using it and I'd like to know a bit about it...
