Description
Mojave Audio Inc. was launched in 2005 to bring David Royer's condenser mic designs to the world. Very few companies (and none in Mojave’s price range) invest so much in the audio components. The high-quality Jensen transformers alone cost more than many import mics. The NOS tubes are military spec. The FET’s are top quality and the resistors are custom made. At Mojave, it’s a given that no sacrifices are made in the critical signal path electronics.

Mojave MA-300 - Remotely controlled, continuously variable polar pattern selector

I'm looking over the Mojave website and see they have their new MA300 online now. What I see different is the remotely controlled, continuously variable polar pattern selector.

Anyone know what this means exactly?

Mojave MA-200 vs MA-201 fet

Has anyone done an A/B with these? I was very impressed with the MA-100 we used as the mystery mic at Jeremy's place during the ribbon shootout. I've liked various samples and recordings made with the MA-200 and 201. But I've never heard a side-by-side comparison, and I don't see anyone comparing them in the archives. Anyone?

Great Experience With Mojave Audio Customer Support

I think this is worth reporting: I bought a MA-200 tube condenser from Mojave Audio about a year ago. Recently, the rubber bands holding together the shock mount disintegrated. I wrote Mojave asking how to go about getting replacements. They immediately replied, asking me where to send them - free of charge.

Mojave Audio ma-200 for classical tenor vocals?

Forums

I've recently purcahsed a fireface 400 and I am looking for a condensor mic to compliment a classical, tenor voice. One of the mic's I am interested in is the Mojave Audio MA200 but I can't seem to find any male vocals recorded with this mic. Anyone happen to have link(s) to male vocals recorded with the ma200?
