MXL V67g or RODE M3?

Hi. I'm looking to buy another mic to add to my collection and am trying to decide on whether to go for the new RODE M3 or MXL V67g? I will be mainly using it for vocals. I already have a RODE NT1a, Studio Projects B1 and T.Bone RM700 (ribbon) and am able to borrow Shure SM57's and 58's. Which would you recommend as a good option for another colour?

Thanks

I am looking to buy 2 condensers to record overheads but will also work decent for vox. How would a pair of one of those mics work spaced? xy?

What about the recorderman technique? Large diaphram mics work allright for this application, or are small diaphrams better? If so, how do they work on vocals? Not as warm, am I right?

someone who knows about GT, MXL, Shure and Scheops!

So I'm recording a full length album of my band. Were a guitar, drums and vocal duo. we play on 1969 Slingerland drums, 20 inch kick, 12 inch tom, 16 inch floor tom, 14 inch acrolite Ludwig snane. Remo Powerstroke heads all around. The guitar amp is a Silvertone with a 1484 head and Silvertone solid state 100 watt cab with 2 12's.

Recording with a MXL 990 mic, can I make my voice sound better

Im a freshmen college student and have recorded three songs with my friend literally in my dorm room. Haha. I like many others have the MXL 990/991 condenser mic pack that I got for under a $100. I made a quick myspace with the three songs I've recorded. I wanted some input on how the vocals sound?
