I have the Event Tria 2.1 system where the 2 satellite speakers are powered via a 5pin female to female cable that runs from the sub/power amp. I'm pretty certain that one of these cables is bad or there is a bad ground. Does anyone have any familiarity with these cables? this system? ANY help is appreciated, thank you!
Well I recently ran out of power strip space in my bedroom studio and rather than buy another one, I thought since I have major Gear Acquisition Syndrome (GAS for short) I might as well upgrade to a power conditioner.
I am going to apologize in advance if this has already been covered, however, I have not seen anything while searching the forums.
i am currently in the middle of building a small scale free standing home studio and I am wondering what are the industry standard power conditioners / manufactures that have a reliable conditioners that would be worth the investment.
Help...
Hi,
Wondering s/thing!
Say you got a Speaker - 250w 8ohm
how much power of amp will you ask for it? 500w 8ohm? 750w 8ohm or 1000w 8ohm?
P/s: situation on a Channel (Left or Right) & without Sub Woofer
thanks!
I've read a few mentions like http://pajamasmedia… this[/]="http://pajamasmedia… this[/] about Monster's Powerline Networking.
Getting some buzz from my gear. I have a PreSonus firebox but thinking about getting an Apogee Duet. Can anyone recommend a good power conditioner under 150 bucks.
thanks
Hey! I'm creating a quick/easy rock space in my basement for me and 3 others to dabble in recording. I use a simple setup with DIs, Shure mics, a PV14 mixer, and a BOSS digital deck, and some PC post-production.
Hi everyone,
I'm working on a performance art piece which is to take place outdoors, in a field, so there's no reflection to work with.
The audience will be composed of roughly 30 people, seated.
