I'm looking at going into Pro Tools HD. Has anyone used a Tascam FW1884 as a controller? I just want to make sure it will work on HD and not just LE before I plunk severel thousand down only to find out I'll need a new controller.

My systerm : MAC Pro 2.66 /3GB/250GBx4 OS10.4.9
When i pluged the digitranslator sI'm card to my ilok and imported an omf file 2.0 file in Pro Tools tdm 7.2,i got an error dialog.

I am currently experimenting with Software instruments/Plugins in Pro Tools,
I have a mono Aux Channel with Reason's ReWire plugin and a MIDI Track Playing the NN-19 Module in Reason, A stereo Aux Track with the Moog V plugin and a MIDI Track playing the Moog V.

I have never really gotten into midi much except for the motif and mpc together, want to get into using the computer with pro tools and would like opinions on the best way to route my midi.

i recently upgraded my digi001 (v5.01) to v6.4 and upgraded my o/s from win 98se to xp accordingly.

I recently picked up the classic Bob Clearmountain drum samples CD for use in the studio. As some of you may know, this sample collection is in AUDIO file format. I have not had a problem importing the audio tracks into Pro Tools and slicing up all the different drum hits on each track into regions.

I tried setting up my Digi 002 last night but could not get a session to open, I kept getting an eror message saying that it cannot mount drive, it is not a valid audio volume. I deleted the contents of the drive, tried to partition it to not avail. Can anybody shed some light on this?

I'm brand new in recording. Just purchased Mac OS X with Pro Tools LE and MBox2. I can't figure how to get recorded .ptf file onto a CD. I gratefully appreciate your help. Thx.
