Following the same idea presented in my other post, now I would like to see your comments about
Equalizers. below, the list of "candidates":

1) bomb factory Pultec EQP1A
2) Focusrite d2/ d6 red collection
3) TC EQ SAT
4) Waves Q series, in this case Q6 to keep things in the same boat.

My Pro Tools LE on 001 (vers 5.3.1 on Win XP Pro)works and runs OK, but lately I'm experiencing a very annoying problem: when I quit the program I get an error message like this:

hi friends. I was transferring some ADAT/dm800 tracks to my PT TDM system, light piped via ADATbridge 24 bits/44khz and at empty tracks i get a readout of -114db instead of -00.
is that jitter, white noise? yes, it is a digital connection, quite funny ..
so?

Okay, this is my dilemma...I just started running my Pro Tools hook up. Audio works great, but I'm not getting any sound out from MIDI. I've triple checked the connections and I know it's going in because when I hit the keys on my Casio I can see the signal bar raising up and down on PT. Does anyone have any ideas for me? I'm assuming it's a simple problem...it usually is. Thanks.

My Anus has been doing well (P4 2.26, P4PE). I am very pleased with using Sonar so far, but I decided to go the Digi001 route since my school uses Pro Tools. I am working with Tech Support at Digi, but they are out of ideas...

I would like to see your opinions after 1 years using your PT HD rigs. We still have to evalate the costs of going to PT6 and plugin upgrades to OS X / total compatibilty with 96k/88k/192k sample rates.

So... was or has it been worth? some peple said there was a reasonable difference but nothing like Day and Night. It is most due to new converters.

I am look for any recommendation of a company to purchase a Pro Tools HD system from. I am looking for a company with good customer service, pricing and reputation.

Is anybody here using PT HD2 with Pro Control or Control 24? If yes, what are your thoughts?
I am a Mix Plus & D8B combo user and I just don't know if upgrading to HD2 will give me as much DSP power as I get from the D8B...great automation, 2 FX, eq and comps on evry channel.

Ok, this may sound really weird, but I figured I'd ask you guys and see if any of you had run into this or have any ideas.
