i notised a very strange problem today - i can't use a sidechain input with all my fav plugins(Waves, TC etc) because there is no "Sidechain" option in the plugin 's grey menu!

what is the problem? what is wrong?

i can use a sidechain with the logic native plugins(compressors etc)

please help

I use Pro Tools LE version 6.4. I use an external Hard disk. When I start a new session I cann't do it on my external harddisk (La Cie 160 GB), I get the message ''session must be on an audio record volume''.

I have to record a concert in a church in March. The problem is that the organ is at the back of the venue, while the choir will be on the altar steps.

Normally the organist wears headphones so she'll be listening to the choir without a delay, so the sound of both sources sound synchronised about half way up the church.

first of all i have a emu 0404 sound card and several recording preograms ex. traction Sonar cubase. the problems that i am having are they way i have it set up is the audio out left and right chords are goign to my speakers and i have one 1/4 in in on the left which is hooke up to my guitar.

I have a problem with the Behringer UB802 Eurorack. Whenver I turn the knob on PAN all the way to right, the microphones will not pick up any sound, and this happens on both Mic plugs. It only works when the knob is in the middle or all the way to the left.

I'm pretty sure it worked before, and now it doesn't
What seems to be the problem? Thanks

I'm thinking of building up a studio. As a assistent in a digital one(Yamaha 02r, Alesis hd24...) I learned a lot, but now I have a problem :)

I'm new here, and as you can see, I'm not wasting any time :P

I've got an irritating noise problem with my DAW.
I've disconnected everything but my mixer and monitor, and the noise is still there. It's like a loud buzz, with some occasional pops.

i have a m-audio audipphile 24/96 usb and a Behringer eurorack ub1002 and i dont know how to hook it up to the audiophile.
