Hello, I realize that someone who produces music videos may not be the same person who produces a "vocal recording". But I am just curious, where do you find "people" who make videos?

I'm looking for some tips on finding a good producer. The ones we are looking for are fairly well known, just because we like certain albums and usually they are top notch producers.

Can someone recommend some good add on reverb effects to use with midi files in Cakewalk. The Cakewalk midi effects just plain stink. I have tons of other VST and DXI plugins for audio but nothing for the midi that I have created.

This is a sincere question so please don’t spit on me for asking it.

How do I become a producer?

I want to record for my band only, quality recordings that sound professional.

I will always have the mix mastered by someone like Lorenz at XARC mastering.

Do I need one of these? I don't use any outboard effects at the moment, (except for a Line 6 digital delay and a PODXT). Which one is the one to get? I would like to stay away from outboard effects if possible. .ok, ok. i ll invest in a good reverb and a good comp if i really have to. .but will any of these do for the rest?
