Recording piano and mic positions

What do you think about the following recording? I've been trying different mic positions and so far, this sounds the best to my ears. I put the mics inside the piano right next to the hammer line and shut the lid. The mics are Earthworks SR30's. I used an Emu 0404 USB preamp and A/D converter. The recording is hot off the mic with no sound processing.

Hi, I'm relatively new to recording and producing and need a few opinions on setting up a mic (or mics) to record piano. I've done a few experiments recently moving the mic around inside the piano and recording myself play. Have a listen to them below and let me know which recording you think is best. Cheers

Hey guys, first off thanks for reading this in advance! I'm looking to purchase a microphone to record my piano playing that I will be uploading to youtube. I will be playing pop songs (e.g. Trouble by taylor Swift, Marvin's Room by Drake etc.) so not your typical jazz/classical music.

I have a quick question for someone who may have some suggestions or knowledge in this area. I have been playing piano for a while and I would like to start recording my playing. I would like to say this: I am not looking to set up a home recording studio, at least not now; I would have no room anyway, most of it is taken up by the upright piano itself.
