Listen & learn what ribbon mics can do for you in your studio.
Anyone used this mic? Impressions & Opinions?
Any and all replys greatly appreciated!
I've been using them for live vox for many years. They have toured extensively (that means tossed around in airline luggage) and never suffered any problems whatsoever.
They sound good, but I haven't really compared them to my good studio vocal mics.
I usually have to roll off some bass and add a bit of high end on stage.
Thanks for the info.
I have used it whenever a vocalist has asked for a handheld mike in the studio. It has worked fine most times, I definitely prefer the BK-1 to 535's, 58's and Audix.
Not bad for clean-sounding electric guitar either btw.
