I've recently bought the Focusrite Mixmaster Platinum for my project studio, and haven't had much luck on getting the phat out of it yet... =) It sure makes some things sound more clear, the EQ is pretty musical and the spectral compression much better than most of theplug-insI've tried, but generally Mixmaster makes my mixes lose some phat, esspecially in the lower part of the spectrum... I still haven't experimented that much, but sure want to hear if you have any experience with it ? I also use Mackie's HR824 Nearfields (my favourites) in combination with Yamaha NS10M's with Alesis RA100 amp for mixing & mastering... Any tips appreciated... =) THANX,
