I want to program my drums, bass, and keys with FL, how do I do that in SEQUOIA, I learned how to do it in SONAR 4, but i cvant figure it out with SEQUOIA. Anyone know how?

Well, have you checked the Sequoia user group?
I guess that you are probably aware that version 8 has a vastly improved drum editor.

MIDI has been drastically improved in version 8, though, so you'll probably want to upgrade. If you just bought into 7, you shouldn't have any problems getting version 8. If you write to or to the kind folks at Synthax, I'm sure they can help you. If you've had 7 registered for a long time, then it is a small $500 upgrade to get into 8 (which also has many other major improvements besides MIDI)
