congratulations on the success so far. I wish I could help more than just say, maybe you should consult an entertainment or publishing service.

You need more than an entertainment or publishing service. You need an entertainment attorney. Now that ain't cheap. But if you have 5 million views already, you already missed out on quite a chunk of change. YouTube has a simple monetizing feature that you simply sign up for. You didn't sign up for it. You can change that. Your payment however will not be retroactive. They will put in commercials and links to sponsors into your productions. And that will determine how much you can actually make from YouTube directly based upon sales from your sponsor driven links that YouTube has inserted. You don't get a choice really of the commercials but you can skew some things for a better demographic reach.

So the above applies without need for an attorney. If you want someone else to cover production costs and crew, you need a sales team. Because an entertainment attorney won't do that for you. They'll only write the contracts you'll need. It takes money to make money and anyone who has money knows that. We don't have any money. So we have to do everything ourselves just like you'll have to. So the first thing you want to do is sign up for monetizing your YouTube videos. When the cash starts to come in, then you can contact an attorney. Once you have contacted that attorney, you can start to hire a sales team. Then you'll want to pick out a production company to produce your videos. So you'll need to get camcorders and other hardware items for all of your family members LOL. Because that's the way we've all done it. Children can be great at running camcorders once you show them how to do it right. Make sure you tell them they're not getting any dinner unless they do it right. And let your kids handle everything on the Internet for you. Then you can concentrate on your videos. I'd like to assume that you are making your guitar lesson videos with good quality audio equipment on your videos? Not just the camcorder microphone? Because now you're in the big league's. 5 million hits blows away most of your American boy and girl rock 'n rollers! I mean like wow man, that's incredible! You got all the kids tuned in. Now it's time to get their money from their mommy. Sign up for monetizing your YouTube account.

He's famous already! Wow! Maybe I should monetize his YouTube site for me and charge him 15%? Just kidding.
