Greetings... and a question for someone who has used lots of software over the years!

Hello everyone. First post here :)

I found this website in search of a recording forum to ask a rather odd question. And that is... I remember a number of years ago using some music creation software that included a sample song called something like "Big Bag" - a very silly song - does anyone know what software and version included that sample song and/or where can I find that song? My sister and I have memories laughing about that song, and I would like to find it if possible. It's not a big deal, but I have tried to search for it a few times over the years whenever I have thought of it, but never with any results. Finally I thought if I am going to find this, I will have to find a community of people who use this type of software.

I told you it was a rather odd question. Now that I have said that, I am also excited about finding a good recording community. It seems like a good place to discuss and learn about music creation and recording. I really enjoy good music, and would love to learn about songwriting and recording at home.

I love gadgets and electronics and have recently built a new Windows 7 desktop pc and added to that a 30" screen and some KRK Rokit 5 monitors. The speakers came with a Tannoy sub that will soon be replaced with one from Bag End. I would love to learn about the hardware and software more directly associated with recording and songwriting and make use of this equipment that I already have. Maybe it can soon become more than just toys! I would really like to set up a home studio of sorts.

Furthermore, I have lots of friends who are musically inclined, and would love to be able to enjoy making music with them once I learn a thing or two about recording.

Anyhow, look forward to participating in the forums.
