    Hello im new to this forum.

    So i would like to know what is the basic equipment that a recording studio needs to perform a good quality sound of musical instruments and vocal recording.

    And if you can please thell me the basics of recording software.

    Great monitors

    A great room

    Great ears

    Lots of experience

    Don't go cheap on the gear, spend lots of time reading and listening.

    Everything after that is just icing.
