I need to be able to edit at home or on the road...mostly comping and tuning vocals, some loop based stuff which would be taken back to the mix+ rig and up loaded. Track count isn't an issue as I'd plan on taking a abbreviated mix for reference for the comping.
I'd like to be able to work on the train commute home with out ac power. Is this possible ? Is ther a way to do this without the m box or whatever? (how about battery power for the M box? :D Am I barking up the wrong tree? thanks, Craig
  2. I'd say the MBox is your best bet with an extra charged laptop battery. How long do you need to be away from electricity? ... or How long do you plan on running the system on the batteries.
