    "Detailed Description:
The files above contain the Intel® Application Accelerator. This utility updates Windows* XP, Windows Millennium Edition (Me), Windows 98 Second Edition (SE), Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows NT* 4.0 to reduce the storage sub-system bottleneck - enabling faster delivery of data from the hard drive to the processor and other system level hardware. The Intel Application Accelerator replaces the Intel(R) Ultra ATA Storage Driver."

NO! Do not install that. All it does is slow things down and doesn't allow you to change anything anymore! Not recommended in any way to install that.
