Login problems

Usually happens when your cache is not updating a new password or email address. Mobile devices can be problematic as they cache everything.
If you are having difficulties, CLEAR your cache whenever you are having problems.

Um, how do you log out? That option seems to have disappeared.

It's been very quick and responsive here north of the Mason Dixon Line throughout the timeframe Remy is having problems. It must be the gridlock we always hear about in DC clogging up the pipes.

 

Boulder, are you have problems or just wanting to logout?

 

Got it. I could swear that wasn't there yesterday. And clicking on my picture just brings up a popup window with basic profile and status info.

Well, not being able to log out would be a problem, but you've solved that for me. I could swear that yesterday that dropdown menu did not have the bottom part with the "Show Online Status", "Log Out" and the "Update your status" field. Maybe I just didn't look closely enough. Did this change recently?

 

No change, same as its been since day one.

I was using an unfamiliar computer. It had a very wide screen and had been set for a visually impaired person. That part of the menu just ended up off screen.

 

For Windows 7, 8, 10 you can also flush the browers DNS cache by typing in Windows-X
or right click Windows...

Run

ipconfig /flushdns
