    A 441 for 250 Euro isn't really cheap IMO.

It's a great microphone, but not really a vocal mic. Great for horns and wind instruments, very versatile dynamic with almost condensor specs.

    Peace, Han

I like it on everything. Its great for a live vocalist because of its tight pattern. 750 Euro sounds too much. In the US, its common to see them used for $250 - $350.

I use it on snare or as a front of kit mic. It isn't the first mic I chose for this but when it works, it works. I like it for loud guitar amps and scratch vox ('cos of the tight pattern, you can use it in the control room with the monitors on and no feedback).

3 for (approx.) $750 sounds about right.
