Hello all, I'm looking to step up the quality of my recordings. I do mostly acoustic guitar and vocals and have been looking at the studio projects T3, since we dont know when the Stephen Paul mics will arrive. For preamps, Im looking at the Great river MP2NV, the John Hardy M1 and the Chandler TG2....any suggestions?

I dont see how a choice of any one of those mic pres is not going to work well with most mics manufactured on this planet.

I want to hear the Stephen Pul mics too. Aren't they going to be a bit more expensive than a StudioProjects mic though?

Do you record the guitar and vocal separately? Or do you record them at the same time? Also, what styles of music are you performing? Are you strumming or fingerstyling the guitar? Lastly, what is the guitar?
