I've seen several people on here mention that they've bought from Newegg. I've made several purchases from them myself, with never a problem. They have very low prices, usually right there with the lowest prices on Pricewatch, but they don't charge the inflated shipping charges that most of the others do. Well, last week I bought a mobo, CPU, and heatsink/fan from them. After days of trying and lots of help from my fellow RO-ites, we could only conclude that I got a DOA. I filled out the Newegg online RMA request form, and it said that there would be a 2 day wait for a "yay or nay" on my request. I checked my email a few hours later and *BANG* there it was ... my RMA approval! They didn't mention in their email about the fact that I wanted a different mobo, so I gave them a call. They will ship me a replacement CPU when they receive my return, and refund the $52 that I paid for the mobo. Then I just order the other mobo. Plus, I should mention that "Dennis" was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. So, I end up paying a little shipping, but I think it's pretty fair. No complaints.
