The phantom power on our new mixer is on or off for all channels. The only dynamic mics we use are 57's.
Is it ok to use them with phantom power on or do we need a seperate pp before the condensors hit the mixer. thanks in advance.

You'll be fine with phantom power on any standard dynamic mic (ala SM57 SM58, etc. etc.) as long as you use standard configuration XLR cables.

Phantom will not hurt your dynamic mics. They will, in a manner of speaking, ignore it.
