    Does it lack a lot of functions from the original version? I know it does not support some plugins that i have to pay for anyway if i want them. But I can save about a 100$ on that. I am a student so i qualify. thank you

    It's the same as the 'regular' version. It's just in a different price bracket for students and institutions. Double check with the dealer. Also make sure they're an authorized dealer.
