    Hi all,

This is an older with retracked vocals and solo with a remix. Kemper released some awesome ambient delays last year which inspired me to write this. Feedback most welcome:

    SANDS OF TIME
(Words by Jonathan Linton, Music by Jonathan Linton)

    Mountain to climb
    And running out of time
    Final countdown
    Lollygagged around
    Only you’re to blame
    For what you became
    Apathetic soul
    Loosing control

A steep cliff, for you to climb
    But it’s running, slipping
    Through your hands
    The sands of time
    The sands of time

    Take self-control
    Come out your foxhole
    Stitch in time
    Can save you nine
    Break from the chains
    And stop with the blame
    Apathetic soul
    Take self-control

A steep cliff, for you to climb
    But it’s running, slipping
    Through your hands
    The sands of time
    The sands of time

    SOLO

A steep cliff, for you to climb
    But it’s running, slipping
    Through your hands
    The sands of time
A steep cliff, for you to climb
    But it’s running, slipping
    Through your hands
    The sands of time
    The sands of time

This one is pretty cool -- it's got that really wet late 70's into early 80's space rock feel - Don Felder meets Jerry Cantrell meets Rob Halford. Could be a song on the soundtrack to the film Heavy Metal.... Great Chorus and super cool solo too.... Really really nice - and the vocals are pretty spot on here - great performances and love the harmonies as well.
