UPGRADE TO PRO TOOLS?

    Hello everyone. I was wondering if anybody has a succesful running Pro Tools system with a Mackie D8B.If transport controls work and if there is a succesful midi map for D8B and Pro Tools.I am running Nuendo and Digital Performer now.Both work fine but importing into Pro Tools has been a headache.I am thinking about getting a Pro Tools system to avoid the headaches.Any input very much appreciated. Have fun recording.

    It will transfer to an dfrom various formats. Download the demo and check it out.

    the local recording studio has a D8B & PT mix+ system .....they really like it.

    the TDM is SOooooo worth it..

    I've got a mix3 system ...I mix in the box..
    I love PT :D

    My school has an 888 24-bit system. We're getting Logic in about 2 or 3 months, and Reaktor and Reason in the next few weeks. And I'm just diving into Halion's plugins for Cubase right now...it's cool working in the post-production studio and mixing down tracks off the rack mounted synths and playing with all the plugins that Halion has.
