How about the quality of sound when tranferring wave files by wireless router between 2 computers in same residence? Is this a bad idea?

If the files transfer without error it cannot affect the sound.

I find WAV files transferred over a wireless network have a little more AIR than those that are copied over a copper network.

No good for those tricky orchestral pieces where you need a good conductor, though.
