Hi, can someone please point me to a nice step by step tutorial on comping multitrack drums in Pro Tools? I'm a master in Logic, but pretty much a retard in Pro Tools. I've tracked 12 takes of drums one over top the other. All of the takes are nicely filed over in the region list. Now I want to audition each one and pick the best parts. Then edit them all together to form one brilliant take. I've read the manual, but it's a bit confusing. It keeps talking about playlists and regions with the same start time and I just can't seem to figure out the best way to do this.
So I would greatly appreciate some guidance on this otherwise mundane task.
Thanks!
