has anyone ever used or heard anything about AKAI 1730D SS? I bought this reel-to-reel unit at a yard sale for $5. It's in pretty good condition, so I'm wondering if there's any possiblity to sell it, I'll never use it.

well, the body condition is great, but I think because of it's age it needs a couple belts replaced. I plugged it up and the lights and the vintage VU meter works great.
