Hi friends! I have written about it in another forums either.
Trying to leave the plugin hysteria for mastering ( MC2000, C4, Waves linear phase, MAster x) and so...
When will brands like Crane, Manley, Weiss and Millennia do something for the "budget" market?
Must we stay locked to plugins? langevin?
Thanks
:p

Thanks. I am in the same dilema as you. Using WAVES, UAD-1, TC plugs and looking to accomodate a good analog route for mastering. Mucho dinero.

I wonder how useable is something like the Langevin DVC, RNC 1733 compressor and a Speck ASC EQ.
Fletcher says that Great River EQ-NV is in proto-type. Could be a killer EQ.

If you really, really want some good analog gear but can't afford it check out Tech Talk. With some hard work you can DIY some pretty impressive gear. A Pultec type EQ and an SSL compressor are finished kit type projects. You'll learn a lot too.
